1. Review existing code and rewrites them for better efficiency and performance.
2. Upgrade existing code to coincide with any software/hardware updates that may render it to be obsolete, unusable or malfunctioning.

1. Make clear and understandable comments in code according to documentation standards.

1. Takes calls and handles requests from users requesting assistance in case of system errors or other software issues.
