Team Leader

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts coaching and gives assistance to CSRs
  • Monitors team statistics/metrics
  • Responsible for taking client and quality assessments in order to come up with an action plan on how to coach and train each agent.
  • Effectively handles calls, follow-ups or escalations
  • Ensures that the team is adequately manned at all shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in the same capacity
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Superior problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Must be a Team Player, process driven with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be willing to work in shifts and/or on weekends
  • Must be able to start ASAP
