Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducts coaching and gives assistance to CSRs
- Monitors team statistics/metrics
- Responsible for taking client and quality assessments in order to come up with an action plan on how to coach and train each agent.
- Effectively handles calls, follow-ups or escalations
- Ensures that the team is adequately manned at all shifts.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in the same capacity
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Superior problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Must be a Team Player, process driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be willing to work in shifts and/or on weekends
- Must be able to start ASAP
