• Spearheads the customer satisfaction program by coordinating with R&D on the Customer Survey and by spearheading discussions related to customer complaints. Customer complaints shall be furnished with an initial investigation report and final investigation report and ensure internal monitoring on close out of valid complaints.
• Monitors the validity of existing certificates and facilitates renewal for those near expiration.
• Coordinates with external bodies for the conduct of surveillance audits, inspection audits, renewal audits or certification audits.
• Participates in the standardization and alignment on mandatory procedures for Davao facilities.
• Leads the conduct of root cause analysis for the results of external audits or regulatory inspections and customer complaints.
• Ensures timely submission of responses to external audits based on the agreed timeline.
• Coordinates the conduct of bi-annual management reviews and acting as scribe during the review process. Correspondingly, action plans derived from the management review shall be monitored based on agreed timelines. • Excellent writing, content creation, editing (photo text) skills and HTML 
• Good English Language skills 
• Sound knowledge of SEO, SEM, Facebook 
• Experience in Google Analytics and relevant reporting 
• Good understanding of marketing automation tools such as Act-on and Mail Chimp 
• Driven, with an excellent eye for detail

Responsibilities:

• Assist with a marketing strategy to increase leads and build brand awareness 
• Produce designs for marketing campaigns, email templates and landing pages using Act-on and SugarCRM
• Write blog content and edit CMS pages 
• Develop and enhance SEO performance to improve organic traffic 
• Monitor Google Analytics to ensure trends are recognised and acted upon so as to maximize revenue opportunities 
• Manage and build social media content 
• Roll out campaigns across social media assets as required 
• Create an MQL and SQL Program (Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead)

UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Work with the London team to turn product ideas, features, and concepts into attractive front-end designs
• Refine existing UI elements of the site to improve the user experience for clients and candidates
• Discover creative solutions to UX challenges to produce simple and elegant interfaces and interactions 

Essential Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of CSS and Sass/Less
• Excellent knowledge of modern HTML
• A working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery 

Nice to Have

• Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
