Client Success Production Associate

Demand Science Team, Inc. is looking for a Production Associate who will be a part of a pioneering team which will be of vital significance in the operations of the company’s highly visible practice area – Client Success.

We need someone who is tech-savvy, smart, detail-oriented, well-rounded and a supreme multitasker plus proven ability to coordinate with various internal departments. The successful candidate will be reporting on and working closely with the Client Success Team managers in both the Davao and U.S.-based office.

Responsibilities:

As Production Associate, he/she will serve as project manager of specific Campaigns as well as supporting the Account Manager with any client request/queries.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Campaign and Company creation and maintenance using the company propriety management platform (“Admin”)
• Defining and entering data values to support campaign promotion
• Ensuring accurate and successful lead qualification and delivery thru file extract and direct post into client CRM
• Analyzing client content to determine best product category
• Creation of abstract from client content
• Managing file upload of client and campaign assets
• Manage incoming requests from companies requesting to be added to our online buyers guide listings
• Troubleshoot campaign set up and/or performance problems in conjunction with Demand Generation Team and Tech Support Team
• Daily Management of Leads
• Extract, QA and deliver lead files to clients on schedule
• QA and import lead files received from partner sources
• Daily review of unqualified leads including QA and updating data when needed.
• Other production-oriented responsibilities as the role expand/develops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 2-3 years of relevant experience – particularly with lead generation and admin-like system interface
• Experience in coordinating internally within a team and among different departments
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with HTML
• Knowledge of HTTP
• Must be smart and flexible
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to details
• Willing to take on multiple hats
• Multi-tasking whiz
• Quick learner
• Self-starter
• US Shift required (9PM – 6AM)
