Call Center Agent

We are launching a team that will provide customer teleservices for our international client. The successful candidate will:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer sales queries and guide clients on proper product/service selection; 
  • Receive/resolve customer complaints; 
  • Follow-up with concerned departments and clients on their issues to ensure closure of support tickets; 
  • Promote client's products and services (through outbound calls) when required for the shift;

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. 
  • Experience in handling financial-related accounts highly preferred. 
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and written) 
  • At least 3-6 months Call Center work required. 
  • This work requires rotation to different shifts, the candidate must be willing to be in different shifts (standard Night Shift Differential applies). 
  • 35 Full-Time position(s) available.
