Project Coordinator

Work Location: ACC Building, Quimpo Blvd., Ecoland, Davao City

To administer, oversee and coordinate the smooth and timely delivery of client's products, services, and projects with high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.

Knowledge Skills and Values:

Qualifications: 

  • College graduate of any business/computer course 1-4 years of similar experience is required BPO experience is an advantage Excellent communication skills 
  • Listening, verbal and written with an outstanding telephone manner. 
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully to a customer's challenges, empathize with their challenges and develop solutions The ability to quickly investigate and understand new areas. 
  • An understanding of and a keen interest in the Internet Strongly self-motivated with a positive, ‘do what it takes’ attitude along with a very strong desire to succeed. 
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace change. 
  • Can take instruction and constructive criticism Positive, polite, willing and adaptable. 
  • A team player with great Time management and multitasking skills
