- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
To assist the management and users on the effective operation of Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC's and other systems. Act as a service center for all IT matters. Monitor and control usage of the direct line. Plan and implement technology-related processes, systems, and telecommunications. Maintain IT systems, management of software & hardware, 24-hour coverage for the hotel. Produce strategic, tactical IT business plans, capital &operating budgets. Conduct relevant periodic training and refresher training courses for the users.
