Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our user's encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- System support/administration in a Windows, Linux environment
- Create and verify backups of data
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Strong experience using Windows Server 2008/R2/2012/R2
- Virtual Server experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Experience on Desktop Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Davao City
- Must be able to start immediately
