Access & ID Admin Specialist

Job Description 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsible for assisting the organization in achieving compliance with security-based regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned by the Department Head and/or its representatives:

  • Responsible for creating, reactivating and deleting IDs for employees of one AT&T LOB.
  • Responsible for maintaining process and procedures for password generation, reset and deletion for all covered LOBs.
  • Responsible for cross-checking all possible channels if a new hire meets current VXI and client requirements
  • Directly coordinates with the client for all necessary ID issues and Headcount reports.
  • Releases Compliance Documentation to all New Hires
  • Monitoring of the accuracy of Compliance Documentation given to covered employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining accuracy and validity of all compliance documents used in AT&T
  • Serves as Point of Contact for any Technology related concern whether from VXI or AT&T
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate headcount numbers for VXI and client reports.
  • Responsible for reporting attrition both positive and negative for VXI and AT&T
  • Downloads client specific reports for Operations
  • Work with TLs real-time to ensure validity of reports
  • Maintains all personal information of U-Verse employees pertinent to the company.
  • Management of Business Continuity Plan Files such as Emergency contact persons, etc.
  • Coordination with Operations and Support to consolidate headcount reports
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
