Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- With job experience in desktop troubleshooting
- Highly knowledgeable in desktop/laptop hardware
Job Specifications:
- Expertise in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance
- With background in basic network and server knowledge for H&E support
