Job Description 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.<
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Davao Del Norte.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatchers.
  • Manages all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the proper solutions.
  • Maintains or repairing equipment and parts.
  • Offers technical support on-site or via phone or email
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Produces timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follows all company filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperates with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehends customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Builds positive relationships with customers.
  • Fill up /Submits SERVICE ORDER to the client and to the Technical Coordinator.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledgeable in computer (hardware and software)
  • Physically Fit
  • Flexible and open to shifting (on-call)
  • Willing to do field work and can report to work even on weekends
  • Willing to travel
  • Has a positive personality and attitude towards self and other
  • Has the ability to prioritize workload
