JOB SUMMARY:
Data Migration Specialist and System Support
Client Setup and Data Migration
- Collect required data from client and review.
- Clean data and ensure consistency.
- Set up data in appropriate format for import into new system
- Test for errors.
- Configure related systems as required on specification
- Send final version for review
- Set up all business connection correctly in database
- Connect with LinkedIn
- Address support tickets in a timeous manner
- IT/Accounting/Math graduate
- 1-2 years experience in "Data Cleaning and Data Migration"
- Software Support experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn fast in a fast changing environment
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Not afraid to give something a go
- Open to discuss issues with anyone
