Job Description
- Permanent Day or Night Shift (8 Hours)
- Providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests
- Knowledge of the server and network infrastructure, firewall, domain environment, MS Exchange, virtualization and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in Ticket Management System
- Must be a Team Player
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Responsibilities
- Field engineer Tier 1 system and network support
- Perform administration and support activities
- System and network installation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
