IT Support Technician (Three Daily Shifts)

Job Description

  • Permanent Day or Night Shift (8 Hours)
  • Providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests
  • Knowledge of the server and network infrastructure, firewall, domain environment, MS Exchange, virtualization and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience in Ticket Management System
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities

  • Field engineer Tier 1 system and network support
  • Perform administration and support activities
  • System and network installation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
