CC Class is looking for an IT Support Administrator in Davao, Philippines
YOUR DUTIES
When CC Class staff experience any trouble with their device, online classroom platform, connection or software, our IT Support Administrator is there to the rescue. The IT Support Administrator operates a multi-platform environment and is responsible for ensuring that CC Class online remains operational.
You will be responsible for the management and control of CC Class IT assets. The IT Support Administrator is sometimes expected to make hardware and software-related decisions on behalf of CC Class online and have the knowledge and experience to speak with vendors and providers on behalf of the company. You will manage the installation of necessary software, as well as the safe protection of the IT base of the company by installing necessary protection tools. An IT Support Administrator needs to avoid the dangers that result in bandwidth usage. Also, the connections, networking, test running, and troubleshooting of our system from time to time need the routine effort of an IT Support Administrator. Other tasks they perform include networking, troubleshooting, and driving of the company's IT equipment.
He/she also offers training to a member of other departments within an organization for the quick and convenient understanding of the use of IT equipment and software and offers a friendly professional help in the fixing of malfunctioning equipment.
The IT Support Administrator is also responsible for all data system backups and management of company's electronic mail account, making necessary efforts to ensure that mails and information therein are protected and safe.
The maintenance and installation of network lines and phones, routers, modems, and other equipment are also functions of the IT Support Administrator.

YOUR SKILLS
- The knowledge to test and troubleshoot network issues
- An understanding of TCP/IPv4 Addressing, Vlan , InterVlan Routing, DHCP
- The required skills to diagnose, repair system units and assess if it's still usable
- The required skills to install, configure and repair windows OS, implementing security
- The required skills to implement and troubleshoot wifi system
- The required skills to diagnose, remove virus-infected windows system
- Monitor and manage company assets
- Assist and troubleshoot teachers computer problems and concerns in a timely manner
YOUR DEGREE AND EXPERIENCE
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Related Field
- You have one year experience in a call center in an IT-related position
EXTRA AWESOME
You are a Cisco Certified Network Associate
