- Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements as necessary
- Collaborate with QA to perform error and stress test scenarios
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Work with business process owners (project manager, coordinators, team leads) to aid in the design of solutions
- Translate business and design goals into usable products
- Contribute to project documentation as required
- Collaborate with Graphics Team to meet design/UI requirements
- Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Any other additional tasks that may be assigned to you
Qualifications and Skills
- College Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or its equivalent
- Experience in PHP frameworks
- Strong MySQL knowledge, Database Structure, and can understand complex queries
- Knows CSS, HTML, and JQUERY
- Strong logic building
- Good Math and English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Can work/collaborate with a team
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and updated on recent developments
- Can work with minimal supervision, under pressure, and meet deadlines
