Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle phone calls from clients, have a good understanding of the IT issues the client is facing and provide good phone support
- Ability to reply emails and reply professionally
- Ability to read, understand customer email content
- Experience in conducting remote support sessions with the user (TeamViewer)
- Needs to know when to escalate issues to senior network engineers when it is beyond your scope
- Ability to learn new technologies fast and be involved in managing telephone VoIP and PBX phone systems (training provided)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/ College Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Engineering
- Ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills and flexible working capacity
- Basic networking knowledge is required
- Ability to troubleshoot basic end to end networking issues
- Ability to set up the router and network switch
- CCNA (Switching and Routing) knowledge is an added Bonus
- Experience with Windows/ Mac Operating Systems
- Software installation/uninstallation
- Driver installation/ uninstallation
- Able to install printers
- Ability to set up email accounts
- Experience with LINUX operating systems (command line) is an added bonus
- Fresh Graduates/ Entry level and Senior level applicants are encouraged to apply
