Project
Appen is looking for a C++ and Python software engineer who can work with our existing Audio Engineering team in Davao to develop, maintain and support our client-facing studio-quality audio recording and processing applications. The successful applicant would have a number of years experience designing and developing C++/Python software in a commercial environment. Raw audio/signal processing knowledge and skills are highly desirable, as would some experience with UI/UX.
Good communication skills are a must. The successful applicant may be required to work directly with Appen's internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor&'s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Audio and signal processing skills.
- 2-3+ years experience writing Python software.
- 3+ years experience writing C++ software.
- Experience with Linux/Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Some UI/UX experience
