Job Description 

Purpose

  • To assist the Service Delivery Management, Supervisors and Team with planning, administration and monitoring of all Service Delivery (SD) Project activities to achieve a high level of productivity, Project health and Quality of output for the Service Delivery Team in New Zealand.

Required outcomes:

  • Service Delivery Team in New Zealand has a culture of excellence, an excellent level of work output, a high standard of work quality and reasonable levels of cost
  • The department has appropriate levels of resourcing to ensure that it can meet project demands.
  • Keep accurate records of where your time is spent for all time worked.
  • Project Health of all Projects being Project Managed by the SD Department.
  • Develop and improve the robustness and efficiency of the service delivery systems at Zeald to cope with the ongoing growth of the company.
  • Completion of other tasks as required.

Key tasks and activities:

  • Assist the SD team with monitoring projects and the quality of the work produced by the team to ensure high quality standards are maintained and improved wherever possible.
  • Assist the Service Delivery Supervisor by completing Website Administration and Online Marketing tasks as advised, to ensure that the SD Department can meet project demands and changes in labor resourcing requirements ‐ particularly short notice project tasks and small projects. Be hands‐on in ensuring a high standard of excellence and alignment with the rest of the SD team.
  • Manage your time well, including using the 'Zeald Timetracker' to record time spent completing tasks and to charge your time to projects where appropriate. This is essential for monitoring, reporting and accurate billing purposes
  • Assist the SD management with monitoring projects, producing information to the Supervisor to aid in ensuring client Projects do not fall behind or tasks are missed. Produce reports on the department and its personnel where required. Audit projects when requested to make updates and/or retrieve information.
  • Help refine the procedures and processes for accomplishing all tasks in the Service Delivery team and help with any administration tasks.
  • Perform any other task as directed by the Service Delivery Manager or NZ Service Delivery Supervisor.
  • Be a positive, professional, willing and adaptable member of the team at all times.

  • Other KPI's as advised from time to time.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Salary expectation is negotiable.
