JOB DESCRIPTION

In order for you to be prosperous in your function, you will:

  • process requests from the client through email;
  • provide resolutions regarding the product information, services and other related queries in a timely manner;
  • responsible for making follow-up emails;
  • manage and take ownership in handling issues and concerns;
  • establish good working relationship with customers;
  • participate in the continuous improvement of the operations;
  • and escalate to Team Lead or Account Manager as needed.


About You

As a Back Office Executive- Email Support, you should:

  • have a diploma or bachelor’s degree holder completed 2 years in college with no back subjects;
  • be computer literate with an average speed of 35WPM;
  • have a background in data entry or processing;
  • have a high value of customer service skills to help customers in a specific niche area;
  • have excellent written English communication skills;
  • be analytical, critical thinker and maintain a pleasant attitude in the workplace;
  • have a logical judgment on files to process;
  • understand the urgency of every transaction;
  • work with a minimal supervision;
  • have exceptional attention to details;
  • willing to work on a shifting or rotating schedule when needed in the operations;
  • amenable to work during holidays;
  • amenable to work in Obrero, Davao City.
