JOB DESCRIPTION
In order for you to be prosperous in your function, you will:
- process requests from the client through email;
- provide resolutions regarding the product information, services and other related queries in a timely manner;
- responsible for making follow-up emails;
- manage and take ownership in handling issues and concerns;
- establish good working relationship with customers;
- participate in the continuous improvement of the operations;
- and escalate to Team Lead or Account Manager as needed.
About You
As a Back Office Executive- Email Support, you should:
- have a diploma or bachelor’s degree holder completed 2 years in college with no back subjects;
- be computer literate with an average speed of 35WPM;
- have a background in data entry or processing;
- have a high value of customer service skills to help customers in a specific niche area;
- have excellent written English communication skills;
- be analytical, critical thinker and maintain a pleasant attitude in the workplace;
- have a logical judgment on files to process;
- understand the urgency of every transaction;
- work with a minimal supervision;
- have exceptional attention to details;
- willing to work on a shifting or rotating schedule when needed in the operations;
- amenable to work during holidays;
- amenable to work in Obrero, Davao City.
