Job Description
Deploy, support and maintain desktop, laptop, server and phone units which include the operating system; installed software (includes internal applications, software packages, and client application); hardware and related peripherals.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer/ Electronic and Communication Engineer/ Computer Science/ IT
- Required Skills: LAN/ WAN Windows 2000, 2003 Server, SQL 2000 Server
- With at least 2 years working experience in networking, administration, and maintenance, as well as software and hardware monitoring and troubleshooting an advantage.
- Preferably with hands on experience in providing Technical support to computer users.
- Must be trustworthy, diligent, and honest
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
