Job Description 

  • Installing and configuring company products, diagnosing faults and errors, and solving technical problems either through the telephone or personal interaction
  • Monitor and maintain the POS system and networks of the clients
  • Communicate staff or clients to help set up the systems or resolve issues within minimum time given through personal interaction, over the telephone, email, or remote connection
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to resolve issues and/or set up a system
  • Accurately document and record call and email transactions over the CRM
  • Set up new users’ accounts, profiles, and dealing with password issues
  • Follow up and make schedules for callback as needed
  • Interact with clients in providing and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Test and Evaluate other POS systems and new version release POS systems
  • Any other additional tasks that may be assigned to you
