The three main products of Sagrex Foods are the Microwavable Bananas, Banana Rolls and Banana Fries. Responsibilities and Authorities 

Task List

• Maintains and updates Company website
• Do designs, layouts, and other multimedia tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinates with the Sales and Marketing, Account Executive, Warehouse Section, and with other related department/s in developing product packaging
• Oversees the implementation of non-usage of unauthorized sites such Facebook, YouTube, Pornographic, and other non-work related sites
• Does saving of files from each section as backup files and keeps its confidentiality
• Installs software as per requirement
• Registers new employees to biometrics
• Processes the Employees’ Identification Card
• Prepares and/ or designs training certificates
• Maintains confidentiality of information being processed, stored and accessed by the network
• Do other tasks as requested by the Management from time to time

Monitoring

• Monitors scheduled backup of files

Report

• Submits Weekly Accomplishment Report to Immediate Superior
• Reports Accomplishment of scheduled backup of files to Immediate Superior every month
