Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ability to reply emails and reply professionally
- Experience in conducting remote support sessions with the user (Teamviewer)
- Needs to know when to escalate issues to senior network engineers when it is beyond your scope
- Ability to learn new technologies fast and be involved in managing telephone PBX phone systems (training provided)
- Ability to handle phone calls from colleagues is an added bonus
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering
- Ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills and flexible working capacity
- Basic networking knowledge required
- Ability to troubleshoot basic end to end networking issues
- Ability to setup a router and network switch
- CCNA (Switching and Routing) knowledge is an added bonus
- Experience with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Software Installation/Uninstallation
- Driver Installation/Uninstallation
- Able to install printers
- Ability to setup email accounts
- Experience with Linux operating systems (command line) is an added bonus
- Fresh graduates/Entry level and Senior level applicants are encouraged to apply
