Robinsons Retail is the second-largest multi-format retailer in the Philippines. It started out in the retail business in 1980 when it opened its first department store in Metro Manila. Since then, it has expanded into other retail formats: the supermarket business in 1985, the DIY business in 1994, the convenience store and specialty store businesses in 2000 and the drug store business in 2012.
Job Description
- Responsible for providing assistance in the resolution of problems, maintaining the integrity of the system through the proper implementation of policies, and providing support for POS users.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.
- Background in the retail industry is an advantage.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Willing for 3 months contractual position
- Willing to work in Davao
