Responsibilities:
- The Team Leader (TL) reports directly to the project manager and is the direct supervisor of the agents.
- Conducts coaching, gives assistance to the agents, monitoring the stats and making sure agents are following the protocol.
- Responsible for taking client and quality assessments in order to come up with an action plan on how to coach and train each agent
- Effectively handles calls, follow-ups or escalations for agents
- Ensures that the team is adequately manned at all shifts.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Superior problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Must be a Team Player, process driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be willing to work in shifts and/or on weekends
- Must be able to start ASAP
