Responsibilities:
- Field Engineer Tier 1 system and network support
- Perform administration and support activities
- System and network installation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experiences in IT Support
- Knowledge in server and network infrastructure, firewall, domain environment, MS exchange, virtualization and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in Ticket Management System
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
