Job Description:
- Configure and install products
- Assist in resolving product issues
- Diagnose and repair products
- Train users in the use of new product and application software
- Documentation (instructions, manuals, tests, reports)

- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma in a Technical field like a computer, electronics or electrical.
