JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): STRONG Management, Leadership, Communication and People skills, Project Management Methodologies, Software Development Process,
• Can handle Multiple projects, multi-task and can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate projects and act as central point of contact for the project teams, including clients and other teams involved in the project.
• Conduct resource allocation and scheduling to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure project schedules are met and delivered with quality.
• Establish contingency plan and is responsible for initiating corrective actions in terms of errors.
• Keep all the members and stakeholders informed on the progress issues.
• Maintain the project portals and tools used by the company.
• Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.
• Provide inputs and evaluate the performance of the team members and team leaders.
