Zeald is looking for a Google Analytics Specialist to join its growing team based in Davao City. As a Google Analytics Specialist with Zeald, you will responsible for a range of activities including:

• Setting up, monitoring and interpreting Google Analytics data accurately to identify opportunities and making recommendations to improve traffic and conversions 
• Setting up advanced tracking, profiles, goal conversion tracking, and custom filters in Google Analytics to measure, monitor and provide insight into user behaviour. 
• Setting up cross domain tracking and testing and debugging. 
• Working with our internal team to assess a website’s performance and locating the data that they need to confirm whether a concept or campaign is working or not working. 
• Setting up and delivering custom reports where required. 
• Providing insight to the team on Google Analytics best practices and advice as to how to use advanced configuration to gain the most value from their data. 
• This is a full-time salaried role based in Davao City that requires a minimum of 40-50 working hours per week. Usual work hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. In order to be successful in your application for this role you will need: 
• A valid, current Google Analytics certification. 
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) so that you can communicate effectively with your other team members based in both the Philippines and New Zealand. 
• Three (3) years plus experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as audience segmentation analysis, experimentation, and testing and competitive analysis. 
• Experience in tracking websites and setting up and monitoring split tests, email mailouts, landing pages, Google Adwords campaigns, banner ads, and other online and offline marketing campaigns. 
• Skills in other analytics software such as Crazy Egg, Visual Website Optimiser or other similar software.
• An understanding that online results are driven by data, not personal opinion. 
• A passion for the numbers and researching data to discover and advise on ways to increase traffic and conversions. 
• Longevity in this role is an important factor as this person will be an important person within Zeald. We want someone who will be committed to the role for a minimum of 2 years but ideally longer.
