Job Description 

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and mentor a team of a 15+ front end, back end, and mobile engineers. Work closely with US Engineering and UX teams.
• Solid software development experience with javascript technologies and frameworks, node.js, react or other front end frameworks.
• Experience with NoSQL (Mongo or similar) and Postgres.
• Ability to attract top talent and hire is a must.
• Deep understanding of OO patterns and principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence others.
• Provide regular status updates to exec management.

Requirements

• MS in EE/CS or other applicable disciplines.
• 7 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years spent at management level.
• Ability to support or lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• A seasoned mentor with excellent communication skills.
