JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our user's encounter
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
  • System support/administration in a Windows, Linux environment
  • Create and verify backups of data
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Strong experience using Windows Server 2008/R2/2012/R2
  • Virtual Server experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Experience on Desktop Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Davao City
  • Must be able to start immediately
