- In-depth understanding of Call Center dynamics & metrics
- Handle Time, SL, Efficiency, Productivity, Abandon %, ASA
- Solid experience in managing SL real time
- At least 5 years hands-on experience on Scheduling & Staffing Requirements
- Experience on WFM tools such IEX, Blue Pumpkin, Avaya.
- Understands Capacity Planning & Volume Projections Delivery
