Project

Appen is looking for a C++ and Python software engineer who can work with our existing Audio Engineering team in Davao to develop, maintain and support our client-facing studio-quality audio recording and processing applications. The successful applicant would have a number of years experience designing and developing C++/Python software in a commercial environment. Raw audio/signal processing knowledge and skills are highly desirable, as would some experience with UI/UX.

Good communication skills are a must. The successful applicant may be required to work directly with Appen’s internal and external clients.


Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Audio and signal processing skills.
• 2-3+ years experience writing Python software.
• 3+ years experience writing C++ software.
• Experience with Linux/Windows/Mac operating systems.
• Some UI/UX experience.
