Job Overview 

Responsibilities: 

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager is crucial since he/she is the one deciding on the team strategy to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the company. He/she is expected to do the following responsibilities:

• Define the project management process to be applied to the project. 
• Select a core Team Leader and members to do the tasks. 
• Prepare a project plan and obtain management approval from the company director. 
• Proactively coordinate projects and act as central point of contact for the project teams, including clients and other teams involved in the project. 
• Conduct resource allocation and scheduling to ensure targets are met. 
• Ensure project schedules are met and delivered with quality. 
• Establish contingency plan and is responsible for initiating corrective actions in terms of errors. 
• Keep all the members and stakeholders informed on the progress and issues. 
• Send regular reports to the company director and other reports as needed. 
• Maintain the project portals and tools used by the company. 
• Coordinate with the administration and human resources for company’s technical decisions. 
• Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project. 
• Provide inputs and evaluate the performance of the team members and team leaders. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field 
• 2+ years of IT Project Management work experience 
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, Software Development Process and experience in working with Agile Technologies 
• Must have STRONG Management, Leadership, Communication and People skills. 
• Can handle Multiple projects, multi-task and can work under pressure and with minimal supervision 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Skills required:

• Web Development (Mysql, PHP, Wordpress Development )
• Webmaster (Content Management, Css, Google analytics, Html, Managing Servers, Webmaster Tools)
• Software Development / Programming (Desktop Applications, Software QA Testing)
• Project Management (Software Development Project Management, Web Development Project Management)
