JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all users regarding data and communications networking problems and requirements platforms focusing on infrastructure services
• Address business computerization requirements by planning and implementing reliable and cost effective infrastructure systems according to company standards and guidelines
• Maintains data and network communications systems in the company including but not limited to related documentation and SDLC requirements
• Upholds and complies with company policies, procedures, practices, standards and guidelines as per SOX/GCC/SDLC/ISO and addresses all requirements thereof
• Studies/evaluates Current/upcoming network and data communication-based standards for possible utilization. Includes 3rd party vendor selection and coordination
• Performs other office works including initiation of RFPs and CARs needed by the department relating to hardware and software

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s)

• Hardware Maintenance, Software Support, Helpdesk, Network Administration
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
