Job Purpose
- To provide the day-to-day operational ICT support to the assigned branch. This includes resolution of technical problems and the maintenance of ICT infrastructure and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line helpdesk support to employees and other end-users employed by DSG Sons, Inc., and other collaborative partners
- Log employee (internal customer) queries and its corresponding resolutions in the Helpdesk Tracking System
- Diagnose software/hardware errors and provide the necessary solutions
- Analyze queries and/or concerns to identify trends and underlying issues
- Ensure that data is routinely backed up following set schedules
- Set up new computer system units, and updates computer programs, anti-virus, and other applications, as necessary
- Maintain an inventory of all computer equipment, software licenses, and etc. for the assigned branch
- Ensure adequate maintenance provision for the computer equipment
- Fix computer parts, as necessary
- Perform other tasks as directed from time to time
Job Qualifications
- Must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
- Entry level; no experience necessary
- Familiarity with IT Troubleshooting (hardware, software, and network)
- Familiarity with installing, updating, and configuring different software programs
- Must be detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in Toril
- Two (2) position/s available
- Willing to start ASAP!
