Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Does remote login into the costumers' computers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process in a professional manner
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Logs customer information, issue/s reported and the resolution
- Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Research required information using available resources
- Deal effectively with customers using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
- Willing to work on a night shift
