Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience in smartphone maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skilled in repairing smartphones, reformatting, and performing main board and parts replacement.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can handle different kinds of clients, especially irate ones.
- Has an idea on how to be part of a service center.
