About the Role

In order for you to be successful in your role, you will:

• Responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins
• This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on)
• should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems
• Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred
• an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
• handle issues and concerns;
• participate in the continuous improvement of the operations;
• and escalate to Team Lead or Account Manager when needed.

About You

As a Wordpress Developer, you should:

• have a diploma or bachelor's degree holder or completed 2 years in college with no back subjects;
• have a high value of customer service skills to help customers in a specific niche area;
• 3 years or more experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications;
• 3 years or more Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
• be amenable to work during holidays
• amenable to work in Obrero, Davao City.
