Job Description

Responsibility:

The team captain position is responsible for providing quality and efficient technical support/customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of 15-19 employees. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the manager to include hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training and reward/recognition programs.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
