- Perform bench and field repairs and check-up, hardware & software
- Submit regular and timely reports
- Attend certification training and pass exams
Job Qualifications:
- Physically fit, fit to travel
- IT or electronics grad or equivalent related course
- Preferably with job experience and IT certifications
- Pleasant, organized, can work under pressure
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows products
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
