HR Assistant

Company: Next BPO Solutions, Inc. 
Work Location: G/F ACC Bldg., (beside Yellowfin Restaurant ) Quimpo Boulevard, Ecoland Davao City

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's online job placements;
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews with potential candidates
  • Represent company at community and recruiting events
  • Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
  • Compile and update employee records

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration related course.
  • Must possess at least 1-year similar experience in the BPO industry.
  • Good English communications skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office and other online applications (esp. Skype)
  • A good IT exposure/background is required (especially in screening candidates for IT positions)
  • Skilled in using different tools for candidate screening;
  • Can work in different time zones
  • Must be willing to work in Davao City;
  • Must be able to start ASAP.
