Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's online job placements;
- Conduct and coordinate interviews with potential candidates
- Represent company at community and recruiting events
- Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
- Compile and update employee records
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration related course.
- Must possess at least 1-year similar experience in the BPO industry.
- Good English communications skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and other online applications (esp. Skype)
- A good IT exposure/background is required (especially in screening candidates for IT positions)
- Skilled in using different tools for candidate screening;
- Can work in different time zones
- Must be willing to work in Davao City;
- Must be able to start ASAP.
