Job Description 

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
• Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions, and configuration within the Salesforce environment.
• Create custom objects.
• Create new processes and associated reporting.
• Develop software as REST API software components and associated functional and unit test code.
• Understand and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs
• Document company processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain dashboards.
• Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years full-stack development experience on the Salesforce.com platform (Visual Force, Triggers, Apex, Lightning).
• Salesforce Platform Developer, Architect, and/or Administrator Certifications a plus.
• Manage all existing codes, fields, and triggers; create new values and fields when needed to meet new strategies.
• High proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative skills, such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process builder.
• Experience in understanding the Business requirements and taking it through the implementation phase.
• 2+ years of experience with REST and SOAP API.
• Expertise with Salesforce customer communities and lightning process builder.
• Experience in performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using data loader.
• Experience managing configuration of the Service Cloud Console and knowledge management.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures.
• Experience managing release/upgrade cycles for Salesforce.
• Experience with databases.
• Experience with declarative development methodology.
• Proven experience building components of a Salesforce system in the effort to support core business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SFDC Advanced Administrator Certification
• SFDC Advanced Developer Certification
• Experience with coding in Java / APEX
• Experience with Agile / Scrum
