Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to communication problems including replacements of modems in the assigned area.
- Performs preventive maintenance of terminals and modems in the field based on the PM schedule set by the Management.
- Communicates with Helpdesk and other Department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of at least 2 years in Electronics or Computer course / Associate in any related technical course
- Familiar with neighboring areas assigned to them
- A native/resident of the areas assigned
- Knows how to drive 2 wheels and 4 wheel vehicle with valid driver's license
- At least six months (6) experience in Basic Troubleshooting and Soldering Techniques
- Must have a working knowledge of Windows XP Operating System and Basic Electronic Circuit.
- Must be physically fit and willing to travel continuously by land, sea, and air
- Must possess pleasant personality and right job attitude
