Job Description

• Handle clients' problems or issues.
• Provide solution for clients' concerns.
• Perform other related tasks assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in smartphone maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in repairing smartphones, reformatting, and performing main board and parts replacement.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Can handle different kinds of clients, especially irate ones.
• Has an idea on how to be part of a service center.
