- Previous work experience in managing multiple projects for international clients and/or in multinational companies
- Has Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- 8++ years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
- Expert-level knowledge of and experience working in a process-mature environment (at least CMMI Level 4)
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Experience in multiple application development models such as waterfall, Agile, RUP is a plus
- Project management experience in Web development and mobile technology is a plus
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma /
- Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
- Willing to work in Davao City (with Relocation Package for NCR/Cebu successful applicants)
